Bachelor Degree Programs for the academic Year 2021(Sindh University Campuses Badin, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Larkana, Thatta and Naushehro Feroze).The candidates selected in First Provisional Selection / Merit List of Sindh University Campuses Badin, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Larkana, Thatta and Naushehro Feroze are hereby advised to download their admission fees challans from their E-Portal accounts and deposit the admission fees challan at nearest Habib Bank Limited HBL Branch from Monday 25-01-2021 to Friday 29-01-2021, It is further advised that submit original “Admission copy” of admission fees challan along with following required documents their respective Campuses upto Friday 29-01-2021
Note: It is mandatory for all successful applicants to submit their all required documents mentioned below. Incomplete forms will be rejected and admission will be denied.
List of Documents
1)Printed copy of online Admission form for the academic year 2021.
2)Marks and Pass Certificates of Matriculation (SSC-Part-II)- Photocopies
3)Marks and Pass Certificates of Intermediate (HSC-Part-II) (One Original and One photocopy).
4)Equivalence certificates of 0-Level and A-level (if
applicable) issued by Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, Islamabad.
5)Two (2) Recent Passport size photographs with white background.
6)Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form issued by NADRA.
7)Original copy of paid up challan of Admission application processing fee (Rs. 2500/=).
8)Original copy of paid up challan of Admission fee.
9)Domicile Certificate of the candidate (or of Father/Mother if the applicant is under 18 Years of age and his/her name is included in it) and Permanent Residence Certificate (Form- C) obtained from the concerned District authorities.
Note: Please note that Original Domicile Certificate and PRC to be shown to staff at the time of submission of Admission form.
